    Our goal is to please our guests and customize their holidays, so to answer your question, of course, if you would rather purchase your meals seperately, thats fine with us. You may want to purchase individual meals from us, or we could even recommend food shops and restaraunts where you'd be sure to find the best food in the area.

  10. I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO SWIM WHEN I TRAVEL TO A TROPICAL COUNTRY. DOES TIVON'S PLACE OFFER ITS GUESTS A SWIMMING POOL?
    We are a short distance away from beaches, rivers and other public swimming areas, simply ask your guest service rep. to arrange transportation for you. And also please feel free to bring an inflatable pool for your children, the property is large enough to accommodate any size!

  11. IS THERE A PUBLIC BEACH CLOSE BY?
    There are actually a few. Like Doctor's Cove, which is known for its medicinal healing qualities. There is also the Dead End Beach, where it is frequently the host of fabulous night time street parties and dances, and there is also Walter Fletcher Beach, that hosts a variety of sea sports, including a water tramploine. There are other beaches and rivers nearby such as the private Aqua Sol beach complex with bars, games, roller skating and go karts! The above mentioned beaches are approx. 8 miles from Tivon's Place and if you have choosen one of package plans, we will arrange transfers to and from the beach at no extra cost.

  12. I AM A SHOPPER FOR SURE. ARE THERE PLACES TO SHOP IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO TIVON'S PLACE?
    Jamaica is known for it's markets and small street side shops. The famous Crafters Market, located in downtown Montego-Bay, is only 6-7 miles from Tivon's Place. Transportation and shopping tours can be arranged. There are also a number of private shops and vendors for your shopping pleasure, where you'll be sure to find that special bargain you've been looking for.

    YOU'VE GOT IT. THERE'S NO QUESTION TO THAT. IN JAMAICA EVERYTHING IS "NO PROBLEM", SAME GOES FOR OUR GUESTS. ANYTHING THEIR HEART COULD DESIRE, WE WILL PROVIDE. WE ARE HERE TO MAKE YOUR VACATION AS MEMORABLE AS IF YOU STAYED AT AN EXPENSIVE HIGH CLASS ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. WE OFFER ONE THING THEY DON'T THOUGH.....     NOT AT ALL. OUR PROPERTY IS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED. WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, NO MATTER THE TIME, DAY, OR REASON. 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS A WEEK. WE ARE DEDICATED TO SERVING YOU. ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY NEED DURING YOUR STAY WITH US IS ONLY A "HOLLA" AWAY!!! AND DUE TO OUR SMALL SIZE, WE HAVE ABOUT A 2:1 GUEST:STAFF RATIO.

    Due to our small size, we have a cook, maid, and guest service rep. along with our Canadian property manager. We also hire an independant tour guide and taxi driver for our guests.

    WE ARE LOCATED APPROX. 7 MILES SOUTH OF DOWNTOWN MONTEGO BAY ( GREAT MARKETS AND SHOPPING), AND APPROX. 12-14 MILES FROM MO-BAY AIRPORT. TIVON'S PLACE IS SITUATED IN THE HEART OF A LOCAL TOWN AND AWAY FROM THE BUSTLE OF THE "TOURIST STRIP".
